1. Guarantee
We provide a 12-month warranty from the date of receipt of the goods.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, falls, moisture, wear and tear, or unauthorized intervention.
The warranty also excludes battery wear, cosmetic damage, and software errors caused by third parties.
2. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of the goods.
The goods must be returned in full and in their original condition.
3. No voluntary right of withdrawal for entrepreneurs
There is no voluntary right of withdrawal for entrepreneurs (B2B).
4. Exclusion for use beyond a functional test
Use is permitted solely for functional testing.
Usage beyond the usual trial period results in the exclusion of returns.
5. Used Goods
Used devices cannot be returned if:
- there are new signs of use, scratches, or damages present,
- There are indications of longer usage.
- The device has been opened or tampered with.
Any depreciation due to additional signs of use will be calculated and deducted from the refund amount (value replacement).
6. New Devices
New devices are excluded from cancellation if the original packaging has been opened or damaged.
SIM lock unlocking, software modification, or activation of security features (e.g., Apple ID, MDM) generally exclude returns.
7. Return shipping costs
In the event of a cancellation, the buyer bears the costs of the return.
8. Shipping and Transport
The risk of shipping passes to the buyer upon handover to the shipping service provider.
External transport damages must be reported within 48 hours.
9. Data and Privacy
The buyer is required to remove all personal data before returning.
We accept no liability for data loss.
10. Disclaimer
We are not liable for consequential damages, indirect damages, or data loss, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Applicable Law
Only German law applies.
The place of jurisdiction for entrepreneurs is the location of the seller.
